At Lenila, we want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and costs.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. Estimated transit time is 8–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Total delivery time is typically 9–12 business days (1–2 days processing + 8–10 days transit).

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us at info@lenila.com for assistance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order status at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and product availability.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lenila.com or call us at +13072489488 We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@lenila.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.

Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume during peak seasons. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you.
