How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping transit time is 8–10 business days. Total delivery time is typically 9–12 business days from the date you place your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the United States, please email us at info@lenila.com and we will try to assist you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items. If your item arrived damaged or is not functioning as described, contact us at info@lenila.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time to check the status of your shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@lenila.com. Include your order number, a photo of the damage, and a brief description. We will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@lenila.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
