At Lenila, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for defective or damaged items. Items must be in the same condition as received with original packaging.

Eligible Returns

We offer free returns for the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping
  • The item is defective or does not function as described
  • You received the wrong item

For all eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team:

Please include your order number, a photo of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to return your item, including a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm the damage or defect, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective or damaged item and would like a replacement, please contact us and we will arrange a return and send a replacement, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that are not defective or damaged (change of mind)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
